Four Private Personal Strength Training Sessions--In-Person or via Zoom
In this four session pack, a Working Triathlete strength coach will meet with you one-on-one (in-person or via Zoom) to take you through custom resistance workouts bespoke to you and your current goals as an endurance athlete. We will start by assessing your current mobility and strength to better recommend movements and to address any physical limitations and imbalances you may have. We will also evaluate where you are in your training and racing schedule to make sure that each session fits in with your current goals and supports your swimming, biking, and running. At the end of these four sessions, our goal is make sure you are comfortable with resistance training and how it can support your overall triathlon and endurance goals. You will also receive a list of custom workouts so that you can continue on with your resistance training and know where to put them into your typical schedule.
If are currently working with a Working Triathlete coach, we will work with your coach to synchronize your strength program to your workouts and relay any feedback that we have to them to make sure you are getting the most out of your strength sessions.
