6-Week In-Person Group Strength Training
Over this six-week program, athletes will run through a periodized strength program geared towards endurance athletes. The program will be aimed at improving athletes’ strength and stability in support of (and without compromising!) their swim, bike, and run performance. Movements will be tailored to athletes’ current familiarity with resistance training and their own personal needs as an athlete (imbalances, injuries, phase of triathlon training). Athletes will leave the program with a better understanding of how to perform key movements, where and when to do these exercises, and a list of movements that can be performed and modified throughout their triathlon season. Athletes will meet in person in a group setting twice a week. Sessions occur every Monday and Friday at 6:30 AM at Transformat10n Lab.
